Minutes for the most recent meeting are in draft form and subject to change, after review, during the next meeting of the General Membership.

If a quorum is not present at a given meeting, those present may vote, according to Maryland State Law governing quorums, which allows the next meeting to be held and business conducted regardless of the number in attendance.

Please note that meetings in 2020 were few due to Covie19 restrictions.
